DryMaster Restoration uses the Science of Drying Standards & type of equipment established by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, Restoration & Certification (“IICRC”) to effectively dry the damaged materials as quickly as they can be dried. We document the drying process & will provide documents necessary to validate the materials have been dried in accordance with the IICRC Standards.
DryMaster is a certified IICRC firm. Our employees have a thorough understanding of the various types of water that caused the damage & the knowledge to manage the drying process. DryMaster restoration services will respond quickly to water emergencies, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We use the standard price estimating software that most insurance adjusters use. Our employees are IICRC certified and trained to do any size job, residential or commercial.
We Work With Your Insurance Company
DryMaster works with your insurance company and with you to minimize the inconvenience to you during the process of restoration. If your loss is small and you prefer not to file an insurance claim, we’ll work directly with you.
DryMaster employs the same price estimating software as many insurance companies. We understand what your insurance company requires to process your claim in a timely manner. We provide all of the cleaning and restoration documentation required by your insurance company without delay. Whenever possible, we bill your insurance company directly.
State-of-the-Art Restoration Equipment
DryMaster Restoration uses the Science of Drying Standards & equipment established by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, Restoration & Certification (IICRC) to effectively dry the damaged materials quickly. We use directed heat drying. Specialty equipment is used to direct heat to the affected area whenever possible. Heat, along with air movement and removal of moisture laden air through the dehumidification or exhausting to the outside will result in:
- Faster drying
- Less expense
- Less inconvenience for the homeowners or occupant.
Our goal is to maximize evaporation of trapped moisture from structural materials using direct heat as well as air movement coupled with controlled dehumidification. We record the drying process and provide documents to validate that the materials have been dried in accordance with the IICRC Standards.
